Handspun BFL Sock

My first toe-up sock. I've since turned the heel for the 3rd time, and may soon be ripping it out for the 3rd time. I think I need to add some more increases in the middle of the foot. The stitches on the instep still look a little stretched out. This fabric seems to have much less tolerance for being stretched and still looking nice than normal socks.

I have the same problem. Adding a few extra increases in the row immediately before starting the short rows helps a lot.

Yum Yum 6/18/93 - 10/31/08 I am very saddened to tell you that our beloved cat was euthanized yesterday. She was much sicker than we knew. I had her checked into the hospital to try to help her get over a respiratory infection and start eating again. Her vet discovered advanced intestinal cancer on an ultrasound. This is difficult for me because I'd be prepared to do anything to help her, but it was just too late. She had a really good life of 15 years with me, and I think she had a good death. She already had an IV line, so it was quick and peaceful. She was an extremely loving cat, and we miss her very much. It is difficult for us because Yum Yum's situation was so similar to that of Bryan's mom, who passed away in 2007. Unfortunately, we could not spare her from suffering as we did Yum Yum. Pokemon Halloween costumes

Sean wanted to be Ash, specifically from the Kalos seasons of the anime. Shirt is a modified Zippy Jacket from Blank Slate Patterns. I added white HTV to a hat with a mini iron, and I bought solid red and black fingerless gloves from Amazon and chopped and reassembled them. He won 2nd place in the kids cosplay contest at the library comic- con! Kids raglan in Knitorious "marvelous evolutions" panel and print. I absolutely love this print! Mew as Spider Gwen is so cute! Umbreon version of the Eeveelution hooded shrug free pattern from Choly Knight. http://www.cholyknight.com/2017/10/06/eevee-hooded-shrug She has free coin purse and "blob" plush patterns for all the Eeveelutions too!
